    1. What is MLM?

    Response: MLM is multilevel marketing or network marketing. It is a sales system where a company attracts independent distributors (agents) to find consumers and promote products. Distributors attract not only clients but also new sellers of the product. Each downstream consultant can organize their own team. This is how the company forms a multi-level network of distributor agents.

    2. Is this scheme legal?

    Response: The scheme is 100% legal. Cosmetic brands (Faberlic, Avon), financial and insurance services (Primerica) operate based on this concept. Our company is developing a service under the WIN-WIN brand. We sell debt obligations from banks and microfinance companies, and are also developing the sale of our own crypto-token DEBTCOIN (the token is also backed by debt obligations from banks and microfinance companies).

    3. How does the work function?

    Response: An agent concludes a cooperation agreement with the company or another agent. The agent performs various actions to find and form their own agent network (creates branded groups on social networks, conducts in-person meetings and consultations, holds presentations in video format). It may be in-person (direct selling) and virtual (social selling) form. 

    4. How does the company help a new agent develop their own network?

    Response: The company provides the agent with promotional information about the product, conducts regular training seminars, acts as a curator, and provides support on all arising issues. 

    5. How is the agent's income generated?

    Response: Income is generated from two sources. The first comes from the formation and development of one's own network (branch). The second comes from product sales.

    6. How is income generated from developing one's own network (branch)?

    Response: Upon achieving the plan for building one's own branch, the agent is additionally credited with 10 (ten) % of the sold products. The accrual occurs at any level of the agent's position within the Accrual Period. Accruals occur within the Base Sales Volume, Target Sales Volume, First Rank Sales Level, Second Rank Sales Level. The plan equals connecting two new agents to the network every 30 (thirty) calendar days, i.e. the Accrual Period.

    7. How is income generated from product sales?

    Response: The marketing plan is two-ranked. An agent can earn on three levels.

    *Personal Sales level is a level where only sales made under one's own name (by oneself as a network agent) are counted. This section can also include personal purchases.

    Within this level, there is a Base Sales Volume and a Target Sales Volume. Base Sales Volume is the minimum sales volume. It is equal to a lot(s) from 30 USD in monetary value (in national currency). Upon achieving it, the agent receives a reward of 10% of the sold obligations.

    After achieving the Base Sales Volume, the Target Sales Volume count begins. Target Sales Volume is a volume of no less than 100 USD. Upon achieving it, the agent receives a reward of 15% of the sold obligations.

    To receive these payments, it is necessary to reach the minimum threshold of the Base and Target sales volumes. If the Base Sales Volume is partially achieved, no commission is accrued to the agent. If the Target Sales Volume is partially achieved, the agent is credited a commission of 10%. The plan is calculated every 30 (thirty) calendar days, i.e. the Accrual Period.

    *First Rank Sales level is a level where the agent is assigned the status of Turquoise Boss. That is, to one who has two or more agents in their network. A Turquoise Boss is the boss of those agents they connected themselves. If there are sales of this rank, the Turquoise Boss is additionally credited 2 (two) % of all sales from their branch.

    *Second Rank Sales level is a level where the agent is assigned the status of Diamond Boss. That is, to one whose agents within the first rank have connected their own agents. If there are sales of this rank, the Diamond Boss is additionally credited 2 (two) % of all sales from the branch of their first-rank agents.

    8. How to become a company agent?

    Response: Anyone can become an agent by signing an agreement for the Base Sales Level. To conclude an agreement, you need to contact an existing agent or come to the company office.

    Response: You can familiarize yourself within the FAQ document for the product. There are two products: Unsecured Cases and DEBTCOIN. 

    10. What risks does the agent bear?

    Response: There are no risks. You are part of the international team KALITA SYSTEM. We prepare all documents in accordance with the law of the country.
